Tory brings more than eight years of combined experience in accounting operations and recruiting, including time with a Fortune 500 staffing firm. For the last six years, she has focused exclusively on accounting and finance searches from staff accountant through CFO, with particular depth in Controller, FP&A, and senior accounting leadership roles across industry and public accounting.

Because she started her career in accounting, she knows what the roles she recruits for actually involve, what separates a strong Controller from an adequate one, and what candidates need to know before they make a move.

Tory is known for her outgoing personality and genuine, transparent approach. Clients and candidates count on her for straight answers and honest feedback, even when it isn’t what they were hoping to hear. That combination is a big reason so many of her relationships turn into repeat searches and referrals.

Outside of work, Tory loves being outdoors, cooking, beach trips, and live music.  She spends as much time as she can with her husband, family, and two rescue dogs, Theo and Roxy!
