Olivia grew up in Birmingham, AL and went to Auburn University where she got her undergraduate and Masters degrees in Accounting as well as her CPA. She moved to Nashville, TN after school and worked for five years in tax at EY. Majority of her time at EY was spent working on large corporate and partnership tax compliance as well as several prominent local audits.

For Olivia, the highlight of working in public accounting was working with fun, intelligent colleagues, planning work outings, and assisting in recruiting new hires. She never felt fulfilled by accounting or tax work but instead finds purpose in helping and building real connections with people. This is why the transition to recruiting felt like a perfect match. She is excited to get to know you and find your dream job.

Outside of work, you can find Olivia on the couch cuddling with her corgi mix, Midge, or outside with friends camping, hiking, playing volleyball and pickleball. She also loves going to concerts and trying the newest restaurants and bars in Nashville.
