As a Director of Recruitment at Synergy Search, I specialize in finding and placing candidates for corporate accounting & finance, public accounting, and human resources roles across the United States. I enjoy developing genuine relationships with both clients and candidates and leveraging my previous accounting experience to understand their needs and expectations.
Before joining Synergy Search, I worked as an auditor at PwC and BDO, where I performed financial statement audits for various industries and sectors. I also gained experience in preparing financial statements, implementing new accounting standards, and assisting with other financial reporting aspects. I hold a Master's of Accountancy from William & Mary, and a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Emory & Henry College, where I was also a student athlete and a leader in several campus organizations.
I am passionate about accounting and recruiting, and I strive to deliver high-quality results and service to my clients and candidates. I have strong teamwork, interpersonal, and management skills, and I am always eager to learn and grow professionally. My goal is to help people achieve their career aspirations and to contribute to the success of Synergy Search and the accounting profession.
