Caitlin Down brings a vast accounting knowledge across both audit and tax in public as well as corporate accounting. Caitlin is a proud Accounting graduate of the University of South Carolina and chose Synergy Search because she loves listening and helping accounting and finance professionals become their best version of themselves.

Outside of the office, Caitin enjoys spending time with her family including her daughter and rescue pup, Scout. Caitlin loves being outdoors and immersing herself in nature, specifically farmers markets, local parks or the beach. Caitlin also has a passion for working out and taught exercise classes in college.
