Here at Synergy Search we have had a very busy April! I wanted to send out a list of some of the very active clients we are recruiting for. Chief Financial Officer | 200 to 300k + bonus + equity | Nashville

  • True strategic CFO role with a SaaS & Healthcare industry mix required.
  • Process builder, create maturity and infrastructure within finance function.
  • Capital raise, M&A or PE companies are a plus (not required but have the capacity to handle)
  • Comfortable in entrepreneurial environment.
  • Company around $50mm in revenues and growth has been 60% YOY.

Controller | Brentwood, TN | $130k to 155k + Bonus

  • ~100mm 3-year-old company that is in major growth mode. Needing a #1 in accounting reporting to COO.
  • Must be hands-on Controller and roll-up sleeves type leader.
  • Strong process builder and culture driver among a growing team.

Director of FP&A | 150 to 165k + 15% bonus | Nashville

  • Sharp corporate FP&A candidate that has the presentation and communication skills to present budget / forecasts deck to the board.
  • Someone with extensive experience in financial modeling. Well-rounded in strategic FP&A including leading the budgeting and forecasting process, KPI analysis, CAPx modeling etc.
  • Implement ad hoc company initiatives.

Manager of FP&A | 100 to 115k + 10% bonus | Nashville

  • Primary owner of the systems and data analytics. Involved in budget / forecasts, strategic metrics, ad-hoc projects.
  • Tech savvy, someone that likes data and data manipulation. Intellectual curiosity and strong organizational skills.
  • Dive into systems naturally and find ways to maximize use. Strong Excel skills.

Senior Financial Analyst | Franklin, TN | 80 to 90k + bonus

  • This role reports directly to the CFO and will have a very visible impact on the corporate FP&A for a $800 mm publicly traded company.
  • Full-cycle FP&A role including budgeting, KPI analysis, board reporting, cash forecasting, capital project modeling, sales analysis and overall financial picture.
  • Very attractive role with a tremendous growth potential. 3-5 years of experience is the target. Strong Excel skills.

Financial Analyst | Brentwood, TN | 65 to 75k + bonus

  • Healthcare rollup that has grown very quickly is looking for a strong accountant or analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience.
  • Accountant looking to transition into FP&A or a strong corporate financial analyst ready for a bigger role.
  • Newly created role and reports directly to the CFO.

Staff and Senior Internal Auditor (2 roles) | 50 to 85k | Nashville

  • Must have some experience (current) as an auditor either internal or public accounting.
  • Don’t need SOX experience although it is a plus.
  • Nice role with a great team that offers exposure and a history of growth and movement around different divisions within the organization.

Staff & Senior Accountants | (multiple throughout Nashville) | $55k to 90k + bonus

  • Will look at public accountants or corporate accountants.
  • CPA is a plus.
  • Strong growth potential and exposure to full-cycle reporting and month-end close.
    Multiple roles for strong analytical people with pricing and compensation analyst experience from staff to Director level.
  • Looking for a very analytical background or FP&A experience. This is not the typical comp or pricing analyst role.
  • Very visible within the organization and huge advancement opportunity.
