Jane-Carson Wade grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, and headed east to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting, a Master of Accountancy, and a minor in Leadership.

She began her career in public accounting at EY, one of the Big Four firms, where she built a strong tax technical foundation and developed the client-service instincts of a CPA. Jane-Carson now draws directly on that CPA credential and Big Four experience to help accounting and finance professionals at every level, from those just starting out to seasoned executives, find their dream job and navigate career progression in the industry.

Jane-Carson's leadership minor showed up early. As Director of Philanthropy for her chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi at UTK, she planned service initiatives and philanthropic events that sparked a lasting commitment to community involvement, one she still carries with her today.

Outside the office, Jane-Carson is big on group fitness, splitting her time between hot mat pilates and cycle. She's also an artist at heart, with a love of watercolors and colored pencils and a soft spot for paintings of all kinds.
