His background spans several industries including audit, retail, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and engineering, giving him a broad perspective on the financial and operational needs of a wide range of organizations. Throughout his career, Tanner has been known for his ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and translate financial insights into clear, actionable guidance. He’s found that effective communication and truly understanding the needs of both the business and the candidate are the factors that make the biggest difference in building trust and creating meaningful connections.

Tanner graduated from Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and later earned his MBA from Middle Tennessee State University. Outside of his professional life, you’ll likely find Tanner relaxing at home with his wife and young son, cheering on Kentucky basketball, or outside training for his next marathon.
