Grace grew up in New Albany, MS and went to Mississippi State University, where she obtained her undergraduate and Masters degrees in Accounting with a minor in Data Analytics. She moved to Nashville, TN after graduation and worked for three years on the healthcare audit team for a large regional firm. During her years in audit, Grace led multiple engagements, helped plan events through the Culture Committee, and interviewed numerous candidates for the audit department.

Grace is excited to begin helping others discover their dream roles, while using her experience and accounting skills to find the best fit. Outside of the office, you can find her playing with her nephews, spending time with friends, or somewhere outdoors with her yellow lab, Atlas.
